Here is my model box for the Trestle at Pope Lick Creek.
Set somewhere in
America in 1936, it follows two teenagers who escape to the railroad track.
There they play chicken with the train, the one thing that only ever makes it
out of their town.
With most of the action taking place in the dried up creek underneath the train tracks, the main focus is of a 3 meter high suspended rail road! The play is very dark and intimate and so the audience are sat on rostra around the stage, bringing them up to the actor’s eye level and once sat in their seats are unable to get up and leave.
